The 1910 Western State Hilltoppers football team represented Western State Normal School (later renamed Western Michigan University) as an independent during the 1910 college football season. In their fourth season under head coach William H. Spaulding, the Hilltoppers compiled a 4–1–1 record and outscored their opponents, 75 to 20.[1][2] Halfback Alvin Berger was the team captain.[3]
