1300th Anniversary of the Bulgarian State Parade

The 1300th Anniversary of the Bulgarian State Parade was a parade in Sofia, Bulgaria on September 9th 1981 commemorating the 37th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria and the 1300th Jubilee of the founding of the First Bulgarian State.[1]The parade took place on Sofia's September 9th Square.Inspecting the parade is the Minister of People's Defence of Bulgaria, General of the Army Dorbri Dzhurov.[2] The Commander of the parade is Colonel General Histro Dobrev, the Chief of the General Staff of the Bulgarian People's Army.[3] Attending the parade was the General Secretary of the Bulgarian Communist Party Todor Zhivkov
