Chini (letter)

Chini (asomtavruli แ‚น, nuskhuri โด™, mkhedruli แƒฉ) is the 29th letter of the three Georgian scripts.[1]

In the system of Georgian numerals it has a value of 1000.[2]

Chini commonly represents the voiceless postalveolar affricate /tสƒ/, like the pronunciation of โŸจchโŸฉ in "chance".
