Šanov, fully Šanov nad Jevišovkou (German: Schönau) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 20.45 square kilometres (7.90 sq mi), and has a population of 1,282 (as at 2 October 2006).
Šanov lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of Znojmo, 48 km (30 mi) south-west of Brno, and 200 km (124 mi) south-east of Prague.
