Zeta Circini
Zeta Circini (z Cir), is a star located in the constellation Circinus.[1] Zeta Circini is also known as HR 5539, and HD 131058.[2] The star is located at Right Ascension 14h 54m 42s and Declination -65 deg 59 arcmin 29 arcsec.
Zeta Circini is a B3V dwarf star with an effective temperature of 19000 Kelvin. The star exhibits spin induced broad absorption lines on its spectrum. It has an apparent visual magnitude +6.09, an absolute magnitude of -1.79 and a mass of 8 solar masses. The star is 1,225 light-years (376 parsecs) from the Sun.
