Zeng Xisheng
Zeng Xisheng (Chinese: 曾希聖) (October 11, 1904 – July 15, 1968) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Xingning, Hunan Province (now Zixing, Hunan Province). He was the first Communist Party of China Committee Secretary of Anhui Province and also its 1st governor after the creation of the People's Republic of China. He was the 5th Communist Party of China Committee Secretary of Shandong Province.
