Zdzisław Kostrzewa (October 26, 1955 – May 20, 1991) was a Polish footballer. During his club career, Zdislaw only allowed 2 goals in 13 games.

He was buried in Wiliamstown Cemetery.[1][2] He played for the Poland national football team and participated in the 1978 FIFA World Cup.[3]
