Yuejiang Lou
Yue Jianglou (阅江楼) is a tower on the top of Shizi Mountain (狮子山) next to the Yangtze River. It is a famous place of interest in Nanjing. In 1347, Zhu Yuanzhang, the first emperor of Ming Dynasty, decided to build a tower in Nanjing, but this plan was cancelled afterwards. Finally, the government of Nanjing restarted this project, and in 2001, the construction of Yuejiang Lou was done.
