Ysgol Gymraeg Treganna is a Welsh-medium primary school located in Canton, Cardiff. The school was opened in 1987. In September 2013 it opened on a new £9.8M site with space for three forms of entry, giving a capacity of 630 pupils plus a nursery section of 90 part-time pupils.[1] As well as pupils from its former site on Radnor Road, the school also houses former pupils of Ysgol Tan-yr-eos in Grangetown, which closed in July 2013.
Its catchment area includes most of Canton, but it currently has a significant number of pupils from Grangetown and the sounding area, many of whom attended Ysgol Tan-yr-eos.
