Yeshivat Yesodei HaTorah (Hebrew: ישיבת יסודי התורה) was a Modern Orthodox Religious Zionist yeshiva, located in Moshav Zanoah near Bet Shemesh in Israel.

Rabbi Scott Kahn and Rabbi Pesach Wolicki served as the Roshei Yeshiva. It's focus was to develop their students into Independently Skillful Bnei Torah - meaning, to teach them, using a unique methodology, how to accurately read and translate Torah texts, while empowering them to develop a personal and Independent Torah Hashkafa.

It was affiliated with the S. Daniel Abraham Israel Program.,[1] a Scholarship programme of Yeshiva University.

It was founded in September, 2004, and closed its doors in June, 2015.
