Xingan County (simplified Chinese: 新干县; traditional Chinese: 新淦縣; pinyin: Xīngàn Xiàn) is an administrative district of the province of Jiangxi province, People's Republic of China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Ji'an.
In 1957 the Chinese character name changed from 新淦 to 新干.[1]

The population of the district was 293,991 in 1999.[2]
