XPO5
Exportin-5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the XPO5 gene.[1][2][3]
Exportin-5 belongs to a large family of karyopherins (see MIM 602738) that mediate the transport of proteins and other cargo between the nuclear and cytoplasmic compartments.[supplied by OMIM][3]
Interactions
XPO5 has been shown to interact with ILF3[1] and Ran (biology).[1]
