Xızı (also, known as Khizy and Khizi) is a town and the capital of the Khizi Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,254.

Some of the city's many prestigious residents include: playwright Jafar Jabbarly, poets Mikayil Mushfig and Jabir Novruz, wrestler Ashraf Aliyev.
