The World Youth Organization[1] (WYO) is an umbrella organization that aims to promote education and relieve unemployment across the globe.[2] The organization was founded in 2014 and officially launched on the 11th January 2016 in the Houses of Parliament.[3] WYO seeks to promote opportunities for youths and therefore enable them to participate more effectively in society.[4]

WYO[5] is based in London and is a registered charity.[6]

History

The World Youth Organisation was launched in January 2016 in the Houses of Parliament. The launch event heard speeches from various individuals, including CEO Kieran Goodwin and Member of Parliament Richard Burgon.[7] The WYO website was also officially launched on the same day.

The charity's promotional video, 'Every Minute Counts', was revealed at the event. The video was written and directed by Finn Sims.[8]
