Winter Equestrian Festival

Coordinates: 26°38′01″N 80°16′23″W / 26.633716°N 80.273066°W / 26.633716; -80.273066 The Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) is an annual equestrian festival running for 12 weeks between January and April in Wellington, Florida. It is the largest and longest-running equestrian competition in the world.[1] Each of the 12 weeks is considered its own horse show, with separate competitions, as well as competitions that run throughout the festival.[2] The 2015 WEF awarded over $8.2 million in price money.[3]

The Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, which hosts the WEF, is a 160-acre (65 ha) venue in Wellington.[4]
