Windmill Performing Arts

Windmill Theatre (previously known as Windmill Performing Arts) established in 2002 as a South Australian Government initiative[1] is Australia's flagship professional theatre company for child and young adult audiences. The current artistic director is Rosemary Myers.[2]
Since 2002, it has grown into a leading national company. The founding director and creative producer was Cate Fowler (through 2007). The founding patron was children's author Mem Fox (through 2007).
Windmill performs a season in Adelaide yearly, with shows also touring through regional South Australia and interstate. Internationally, Windmill have performed in many countries, including in the US (including Off-Broadway), New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea.[3]
