Willie James Slater is an American football coach and former player. He is the current head football at Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama, a position he has held that position since the 2006 season.[1] In 2007, his undefeated squad was won a black college football national championship.[2] His teams won the Pioneer Bowl in 2006 and 2007.
