William Wilson (businessman)

Stanley 'William' Willson MBE was chairman of Aston Martin[1] from 1972 – 1975. Wilson bought the company in 1972 for £100, whilst it was struggling in terrible financial trouble. After three months of Wilson's control, Aston Martin had brought out two new models and the company was starting to find its feet again. Wilson went on to sell the company in 1975 for over £1,000,000.

Wilson died on 25th December 2003, aged 76[2]
