William Jackson & Son Limited (trading as the William Jackson Food Group) is a British food manufacturer.
History
The business was founded by William Jackson in Hull in 1851.[1] It opened its first bakery in 1891 and the current bakery opened in 1907.[1] It acquired Abel & Cole in 2012.[2]
Current operations
The company comprises four separate businesses: Abel & Cole, Aunt Bessie's, Jackson's Bakery and MyFresh.
