William H. McGuffey House, also known as the William Holmes McGuffey Museum, is a National Historic Landmark house museum on the campus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, United States. It was listed in the National Register in 1966. It is named for William Holmes McGuffey.
History
The museum's displays focus on William Holmes McGuffey, author of the McGuffey Reader series and a professor at Miami University, and the history of the University. Rooms are furnished for various periods from the 1830s to 1880s.
This single dwelling home was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 15, 1966.
