William Patrick Hogan (born September 15, 1937) is politician in Newfoundland and Labrador.[1] He represented Placentia in the Newfoundland House of Assembly from 1989 to 1993. He served in cabinet as Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs. Hogan has also served as mayor of Placentia, from 1997 to 2001, and 2005 to 2014.[2][3]
