William Haynes (born October 2, 1993) is an American YouTube personality, comedian, writer and podcast host. Haynes is currently a personality on SourceFed, SourceFedNERD and People Be Like,[1] a Haynes-centric channel from SourceFed where he hosts People Be Like,Deep Dive, and Politics Be Like. On his personal channel, WilliamHaynesTV, channel[2] he hosts a variety of his own comedic-based videos. Alongside musician/rapper Daren Vongirdner (Aka DVG), Haynes hosts the She Didn't Text Back Podcast podcast, a part of the HeadGum podcasting network.
Personal life
Haynes was raised in Richmond, California, near the San Francisco Bay Area. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
Career
SourceFed
Before Haynes became a SourceFed host, he worked at SourceFed as an editor. He made his first appearance as a SourceFed host in January 2014.[3] Haynes has hosted a variety of shows on SourceFed, the most popular being People Be Like, and Politics Be Like. He launched the new People Be Like Channel in 2015, no longer producing the show for the SourceFed channel.
Comedy
Haynes’ style of comedy leans on story telling and satire on society and social norms. He has mentioned practicing stand up comedy at open mics across Los Angeles, California and on the She Didn’t Text Back Podcast.
