Sir William Carpenter Rowe (died 9 January 1860) was the tenth Chief Justice of Ceylon. He was appointed in 1857 succeeding William Ogle Carr and was Chief Justice until 1859. He was succeeded by Edward Shepherd Creasy.[1][2]
