William Brydges, 4th Baron Chandos

William Brydges, 4th Baron Chandos (ca. 1552  1602) was an English peer and politician.

He was the younger son and heir of Edmund Brydges, 2nd Baron Chandos of Sudeley Manor, Gloucestershire and Dorothy Bray, the youngest daughter and child of Sir Edmund Braye, 1st Baron Braye.

He was Baron Chandos, Lord Lieutenant of Gloucestershire and Member of Parliament for Cricklade.

He was succeeded by Grey Brydges, 5th Baron Chandos. His daughter Beatrix married Henry Poole, MP for Cirencester.[1] Another daughter, Frances, married first Thomas Smith, Master of Requests, and second Thomas Cecil, 1st Earl of Exeter.
