Wiatrowiec [vjaˈtrɔvjɛt͡s] (German: Wöterkeim) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sępopol, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Sępopol, 10 km (6 mi) east of Bartoszyce, and 58 km (36 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area belonged to Germany as part of Landkreis Bartenstein in the Province of East Prussia. Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
