"What Do I Do Now?" is a song by English Britpop band Sleeper, written by the band's vocalist and guitarist Louise Wener. It was the first single to be released from their second album The It Girl in 1995 (see 1995 in British music).

It has been covered by Elvis Costello and was included on the 1997 compilation album Volume Seventeen and the bonus disc accompanying the 2001 expanded edition of his album All This Useless Beauty.
