West Virginia Route 115 is a state highway running west to east in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. The western terminus is at WV 9 near Baker Heights. The eastern terminus of the route is at WV 9 near Mannings. The route follows a previous alignment of WV 9.
History
Route 115 was assigned to the old section of WV Route 9 that winds up Blue Ridge Mountain to the Virginia state line. The designation of Route 115 occurred in November 2012 when the new 4-lane Route 9 from Charles Town to the Virginia state line was opened to traffic. The route was also extended west to Baker Heights in April 2013.[2]
