Wembley City

Wembley City is a development plan by Quintain and Family Mosaic that takes place in Wembley Park, northwest London, UK. There are many new apartments built as part of the project. Quadrant Court (the second residential block of Wembley City scheme) was completed in March 2010. Demolition of Malcolm and Fulton House also took place in March 2010 for a new hotel development. In Summer 2010, works on the Wembley Park Boulevard (leisure and retail hub) and Hilton Hotel begun. In Autumn 2010, Brent Council begun preparation works on the new Civic Centre site. In Winter 2010, the council will appoint construction company for Civic Centre.

Every home is pre-wired with the Velocity1 digital network which gives every resident instant access to digital TV, IP telephone and the fastest broadband service in the UK. Benefits include the Envac underground vacuum waste system which automatically removes refuse from the building to a central sorting station, eliminating smelly bins and making recycling easier. All residents will also have access to the landscaped courtyard in the centre of the building and there is secure bicycle storage alongside the car park.
