Walter Forde (21 April 1896, Lambeth, London, England 7 January 1984, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.)[1] (born Thomas Seymour Woolford) was a British actor, screenwriter and director. [2] Born in Lambeth, South London in 1898 he directed over fifty films between 1920 and 1949.[1] [3]
