The W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences is a 33-story hotel and condominium building located in the Victory Park neighborhood of Oak Lawn, Dallas, Texas (USA). The building was completed in 2006 and stands at a height of 439 feet (134 m).

W Dallas Victory is located across the street from the American Airlines Center at 2425 North Houston Street in the Victory Park Neighborhood near downtown and Uptown Dallas, Texas. It is owned and operated by Starwood Hotels as part of the W Hotel chain. It was the first W Hotel to combine both hotel rooms and residences. It has 252 hotel rooms and suites on floors 3-15 and 61 luxury residences in the north tower. There is also a 15 story south tower that holds 83 residences.

The architecture firm that designed the W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences is HKS, Inc. located in Dallas, the principal designer for the W Dallas is Edward Abeyta, AIA.

Education

The condominiums are zoned to schools in the Dallas Independent School District.

Residents of the neighborhood are zoned to Hope Medrano Elementary School, Thomas J. Rusk Middle School and North Dallas High School.[1]
