Licensed to Duluth, Minnesota, USA, the station is an owned and operated affiliate of VCY America.[2] The station previously held the call sign WWJC, under self ownership and featured programming from Salem Radio Network. The then-WWJC originally signed on at 1270 kHz with 5 kW in 1959.[3]
