WMRR (101.7 FM, "Total Rock 101.7") is a radio station broadcasting a classic rock format. Licensed to Muskegon Heights, Michigan, it first began broadcasting under the WKJR call sign.

WMRR identifies itself hourly with the slogan Broadcasting from the Beer Tent Capital of the World. This reference was coined by then Program Director, Don Beno, and now serves as an unofficial nickname for the city of Muskegon, Michigan.

History

101.7 began as WKJR, in 1984 Goodrich Radio would purchase WQFN 101.7 and 104.5 WQWQ which was an Easy listening format at the time. 101.7 Took on the Calls of WQWQ and the Easy Listening format as Goodrich launched a Top-40 Format as "104.5 Sunny-FM" with the Calls WSNX.

WMRR transmits in HD Radio and features the iHeartRadio Def Jam Radio feed on its HD2 channel, playing current and classic hip-hop music.
