WLPS-CD

WLPS-CD is an American television station. "Channel 7" serves Lumberton, Pembroke and Saint Pauls, North Carolina.

The station is currently owned by Billy Ray Locklear Evangelistic Association. Billy Locklear envisioned the station and worked to build it from the ground up. It is considered a community station with great coverage in and around Robeson County. The Evangelistic Association church service is broadcast every Sunday without fail.

Also the Evangelistic Association operates a non-profit FM radio station WLPS-FM (89.5 FM) Gospel Music format offering only local talent. It is licensed to Lumberton, North Carolina.
