Vystrkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.24 square kilometres (0.86 sq mi), and has a population of 212 (as at 3 July 2006).
Vystrkov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Pelhřimov, 23 km (14 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 92 km (57 mi) south-east of Prague.
