Panathinaikos New Stadium is a proposed football stadium with an additional multi-use sports complex in Athens, Greece, that will host all departments of the Panathinaikos sports club. The complex will be located in the historic Votanikos area, west of downtown Athens. The whole project includes the football stadium (seating 42,000), a basketball arena (8,000), a volleyball stadium (3,000), swimming pool, gymnastic facilities etc.

The Votanikos area is a sizeable industrial zone that has been in decline for several decades. It currently houses mostly vacant, dilapidated storage and industrial facilities and has been in urgent need of redevelopment and improvements in infrastructure.

The football stadium was to be ready for the 100 years of the club in 2008, with the rest of the complex completed by 2011.

As of October 2013 and due to the club's and the country's financial troubles, the construction of the Votanikos Arena has stopped and consequently the plans for the demolition of the Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium were cancelled. After another five-year spell at the Olympic Stadium, the team has returned to its traditional home ground once again.
