Vlkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.69 square kilometres (2.20 sq mi), and has a population of 244 (as at 28 August 2006).
Vlkov lies approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 46 km (29 mi) east of Jihlava, and 154 km (96 mi) south-east of Prague.
