Vladimir Pištalo (Serbian Cyrillic: Владимир Пиштало; born 1960) is a Serbian writer, most notably winning the 2008 NIN Prize for the year's best novel.[1]

Life

Vladimir Pištalo graduated from the University of Belgrade's Law School and earned his doctorate at the University of New Hampshire under the theme of the manifold identity of Serbian immigrants. He now works at Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts where he teaches World and US history.
