Vince Aso (born Vincent Tavae-Aso; January 5, 1995) is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays as a midfielder or winger for Auckland in the ITM Cup[1][2][3] and the Hurricanes in Super Rugby.[4][5]
Career
Aso debuted for Auckland during the 2013 ITM Cup and racked up 4 tries in 7 appearances despite only being 18.[2] He found opportunities harder to come by in 2014 especially in his preferred position in the midfield. This didn't deter Wellington based Super Rugby franchise the Hurricanes from offering him a contract for the 2015 Super Rugby season.[5]
International career
Aso was a New Zealand Schoolboys representative in 2012[1] and also played for New Zealand Under-20 at the 2014 IRB Junior World Championship in his home country.[6][7]
