Vikas Shankarrao Kumbhare (was born 9 March 1970) is a member of the 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.[1] He represents the Nagpur Central Assembly Constituency. Kumbhare was also member of the 12th Assembly (2009–2014). Kumbhare is a matriculate.Kumbhare is belonging to the Halba, Koshti community.[2] Kumbhare has been mentioned as one of the more active members during one session (December 9–20, 2013) of the Legislative Assembly.[3]
