Victor J. Yu - is a representative of the first district of Zamboanga del Sur in second consecutive term on the 15th congress.[1] After elected as a member of 14 congress on the House of Representatives of the Philippines, He signed the House Resolution 1109 calling for a constituent assembly to amend the Constitution. He is a son of Paking Yu of Zamboanga Motors and Ramona Fishing Corporation in Pagadian City.
