Vantage Airport Group (or Vantage, formerly Vancouver Airport Services or YVRAS) is an airport management company with 8 airports worldwide.[1] It is a subsidiary of the Vancouver Airport Authority which manages Vancouver International Airport.[2]
In 1992 Transport Canada transferred operations of the Vancouver International Airport to the Vancouver Airport Authority.
Expansion beyond YVR
YVRAS was part of a consortium that was going to privatize Midway Airport in Chicago. In April 2009 the deal fell through.[3]
