Val Smith (born 29 July 1965) is a lawn bowler from New Zealand.
At the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, she competed in the woman's triples competition.
At the 2010 Commonwealth Games at Delhi, she won a silver medal in the woman's singles competition.
She competed at the 2014 Commonwealth Games as part of the women's pairs and women's fours teams. She won a bronze medal in the women's fours events alongside team-mates Mandy Boyd, Selina Goddard and Amy McIlroy.[1]
Smith also won the 2008 World Outdoor Bowls Championship singles and pairs Gold Medal in Christchurch, New Zealand.
