V. Hanumantha Rao (aka VHR, Hanumantha Rao Vuthpulla) is a political leader from the Indian National Congress party and presently a Member of the Parliament of India representing Telangana in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament. After Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh he is allotted to Telangana state by draw of lots.[1]
