Uttaran (English: Discarded, Worn Out) is an Indian soap opera that airs on Colors TV on weeknights. The series is dubbed into Tamil as Sindhu Bhairavi on Raj TV and Valsalyam in Malayalam language on Surya TV.

Plot

Uttaran follows the story of two friends from different backgrounds: Tapasya, the rich daughter of a wealthy Jogi Thakur, and Ichcha, the daughter of a maid. Both of them are stuck in a love triangle with Veer. As such, They become enemies when Tapasya marries Veer (Veer actually loves Ichcha), and then friends again, and then Ichcha dies. The series then follows the story of their children.[2]
