Uttar Raypur is a census town under Budge Budge police station of Alipore subdivision in South 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal.[1]

Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[3] Uttar Raypur had a population of 20,382. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%.
