Upperthorpe and Killamarsh is a former railway station in Killamarsh, north eastern Derbyshire, England.

Three stations served the village, all of which started as plain "Killamarsh":
- Killamarsh West on the former Midland Railway "Old Road" from Chesterfield to Rotherham,
- Killamarsh Central on the former Great Central Railway's main line from Nottingham Victoria to Sheffield Victoria, and
- Upperthorpe and Killamarsh which is the subject of this article.
History
The station was opened on the Beighton Branch of the Lancashire, Derbyshire and East Coast Railway (LD&ECR) in 1898 and closed in 1930. The line itself closed to stopping passenger services on the outbreak of World War II in 1939.[3]
The LD&ECR wished to extend into Sheffield using the MS&LR's lines but was rebuffed, and instead joined the Midland's line at Beighton Junction. From there it went on to join the Sheffield District Railway at Treeton Junction and thereby gain access to goods traffic in central Sheffield and to the Midland Railway's Sheffield station.
Today
There is very little evidence of the station remaining today. The forecut which the railway ran through is still in existence and, despite being very overgrown, is fully accessible. The location of the station was directly north of the bridge over the former line which carries Field Lane, approximately a 10-minute walk from the former Central Station in Killamarsh
