The 1976 United States presidential election in Ohio took place on November 2, 1976. All 50 states and The District of Columbia were part of the 1976 United States presidential election. Ohio voters chose 25 electors to the Electoral College, who voted for President and Vice President.
The Buckeye State was won by former Georgia Governor Jimmy Carter (D) by a margin of 0.27%.
