Underneath The Radar Documentary Festival (UTR) is an independent documentary festival held annually in Singapore. It was created to showcase and highlight social, economic and environmental issues to audiences in Singapore through films.

Since UTR's debut in 2006, annually the festival takes on a different theme.
In year 2006, the theme for UTR was globalisation and the documentaries screened during that particular year touched on the topic of globalisation and its negative effects such as sweatshop labour, free trade, and developing countries' debt.
