Ulvan is a village on the island of Ulvøya in the municipality of Hitra in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located on the western side of the island on the Frøyfjorden, about 2.5 kilometres (1.6 mi) west of Knarrlagsund. Ulvan is home to a large fish processing plant operated by Marine Harvest.
