Ulisse Cantagalli (1839-1901) was an Italian pottery producer in Florence.
Historical significance
In 1878, Ulisse Cantagalli took over the family's factory in Florence and began to trade as Manifattura Figli di Giuseppe Cantagalli.[1] The main production was copies of Italian maiolica, European and middle Eastern pottery: ceramics, tin-glazed earthenwares in the Iznik pottery style of the Ottoman Empire.
